We stayed at Canyon Country the weekend of June 10-12 with our nephew. This was the first time we had ever been to the area. We could not have asked for a more enjoyable campground. Jim and Lindy were extremely friendly. The bathrooms were very clean. Our nephew loved the game room and spent quite a bit of time in there. We loved Canyon County so much that we are going back in 2 weeks to see the Grand Canyon in the fall. We are super excited about it. Submitted By: Beth Smith

Great place to camp and the hosts are so warm and friendly. One of the better camp sites i have stayed at...clean facilities and camping areas. Thanks to Lindy for accomodating our request to change campsite. Submitted By: Ankur

We love Canyon Country and absolutely LOVE Jim, Lindy & Zoey!! It started 4 years ago when they "saved" us from a horrible campground we were staying at, by giving us a last minute reservation, when we called after arriving at night around 7 pm. They were able to accomodate us the next morning, allowing us to arrive as soon as they opened (we high tailed it out of the other campground by 7 am!!) It was like night and day! CC is super clean and Jim & Lindy were so nice! And of course we are dog lovers, so we love Zoey!! We stayed with them for 5 days. We then returned again that fall. We continue to visit them at least twice a year! It is a beautiful area nd never gets old!. We also enjoy visiting our favorite campground "family"! Submitted By: Dave & Lise' Henkensiefken

Jim, Lindy, their dog Zoey ,and their kids were very nice. This is a very clean, friendly campground. We hiked the trail to the overlook in Leonard Harrison State Park from the campground it was a fairly easy trail that led to a very rewarding veiw. It took about 45 minutes. Also did the covered wagon ride in the bottom of the gorge and that was awsome too. Can't wait until fall to see this area,we know it will be breathtaking. We will camp here again for sure. We absolutley love Canyon Country! Jim, Lindy, and Zoey are so nice and the campground is clean, relaxing, and just so enjoyable! We have stayed 3 times now and the worst part is leaving! We can't wait to go back! Thank you for such a wonderful job you do! Submitted By: John & Deb

We came there the week of the Snake Hunt in Morrison on our motorcycles ready to sleep in tents we packed.... they were wonderful to us, rented us a cabin for the night so we didnt have to sleep in the rain.... They were very friendly, helpful and super people. The place was clean and we will definitely stay there again if we make the trip back up to the Canyon! We stayed here last summer in one of the rustic cabins and had a wonderful vacation. The bethrooms were very clean and everything was well maintained. The owners are the nicest peaple ever and my son loved when Zoey the dog road on the golf cart. We can't wait to go back. Submitted By: Milton, Tamika, and Mki

We camped at Canyon Country for 4 days, it is a BEAUTIFUL campground and everyone was really friendly. We arrived a little early (in a rainstorm) and that was not a problem for Jim, he was very helpful and kind. We would highly recommed this campground, and the beautiful surrounding area.
