Take 660 West for approx. 9.3 miles till you come to the stop sign in front of Animaland. At this stop sign, go straight. We are 1/4 mile up the hill, on the right hand side. Follow the blue reflective "Canyon Country Campground" signs.

Hi Campers!

Welcome to Canyon Country Campground! Canyon Country is a quiet & restful park. Our sites accommodate tents, pop-ups, travel trailers, fifth wheels and motor homes. Our single goal is to provide our guests with the highest quality in service and hospitality, insuring that you will not be disappointed with your Canyon Country camping experience.

We are open April 15th until October 31st. Reservations are accepted up to one year in advance. You may call any day, we will respond to your phone message even when the campground is closed for the season.

We are located along the East Rim of the PA Grand Canyon with a hiking trail from the campground to the overlook level at Leonard Harrison State Park.

The Pennsylvania Grand Canyon Country offers rafting or canoeing on the Pine Creek River, taking a narrated Covered Wagon Ride into the canyon or horseback riding by the hour or for a half day to several day trips, Hiking or Biking the Pine Creek Rail Trail and more. You can visit Animaland & The Canyon Gift Shoppe, Yellow Basket Shop, Highland Chocolates, and much, much more - all from within walking distance to just a short drive from the campground.
